Question: You said that if you win you would allow us to make our own galaxies. How big would those galaxies be?

Depends – you wouldn’t make every star in it, this would overload your computer very quickly. Instead, you’d do what people do in research, which is track collections of stars. But I imagine you could make any size of galaxy from a small “dwarf” galaxy to a Milky Way-like galaxy, or maybe two Milky Way-like galaxies colliding.
