• Question: When you started to do science at College and Your lab, did you ever think back to the day when you were using pipetes to move acids, and think on how far you have moved on?

      I still use pipettes to move liquids on a daily basis. For moving a few milliliters of compounds, it’s the easiest method. Although I do now use glass pipettes rather than the plastic ones we used in school.

      The biggest difference between my school labs and my university labs is money. All my equipment is much more expensive at university, and all the chemicals are too. But then the work is much more complex so I guess that’s to be expected.
