Kinda! You’d have to bring soil and air, so you could plant them in a greenhouse in a sealed, airtight dome, but not on the Moon’s surface. The low gravity might even make them grow taller, if they had enough space for roots.

You can definitely plant them – there is soil. However, they won’t last very long, because there is no liquid water at the surface, and the light from the sun is stronger so it would burn them, and there isn’t enough air to keep them going… However, it might be possible to take extreme versions of plants on earth and “train” them to survive, who knows what we will be doing on the moon in the future, but one thing is for certain – plants will be a very important part of it!
