Question: in the tv program doctor who is there any true facts or is it all made up?

It’s mostly made up! Some ideas like time travel might be possible, but it’s not known how you’d do it yet or if the universe won’t let you time-travel. There is some science fiction that tries to be realistic, but Doctor Who is mostly about making up fun or scary aliens or exploring things from history.
