The qualification has made no difference whatsoever. It was sheer luck I managed to pass as I failed three of the six modules and scraped through a fourth.

However, being able to play the piano has made a huge difference to my life. I have a keyboard at home, so when I come back from a hard day at work I can sit down and play for a while. I find it helps me relax, as when I’m playing I forget about everything else and just focus on the music. For me, it’s really important to switch off after work as I get very focussed on my work and it can become a problem.
