• Question: How far can a cheetah run at its fastest without slowing down our getting tired?

      Their top speed is about 100 km/h and they can do this for 60-90 seconds to chase prey. This means they can run 1.5-2 km at top speed. Which I guess is a lot longer than any human can run at that speed.

      Can’t expand on Rob’s excellent answer. Footnote – don’t try and outrun a hungry cheetah – it won’t work!
