• Question: How does juggling help your brain?

      Ha, I guess it’s because it’s quite a difficult set of hand-eye coordination movements that you have to work out. Your brain has to follow a number of objects at once, calculate their trajectories, move your hand there to catch it, and then calculate how hard to throw the ball and in what direction to throw it so that your other hand can catch it next.

      It’s like pretty complicated physics calculations that your brain is working out in split seconds!

      The juggler helps blood flow to the brain.

      No, wait, that’s the jugular vein. My bad.
