• Question: Can you give me a reason why I should vote for you?

      Haha, good question!

      Well, basically you should decide what you think should be done with the prize money.

      I don’t really know of a cool project that could be done with 500 pounds – CERN has a big outreach division anyway so all the really cool stuff is done already (or expensive)

      So my thought was to give you guys an experience. My plan is to buy plane tickets for some of you to fly to Geneva for a day to visit CERN. With the 500 pounds I reckon I could squeeze out 1 person from each school in our zone. Maybe I could get some more funding from elsewhere too. And we would spend the day visiting the control rooms, cern expos, the place where they built the magnets… and if you’re over 16 I can even take you underground.

      So, feel like visiting CERN for a day? Vote for me! 🙂

      Check out our projects! My idea is to let you make galaxies on your own computer using the same techniques that I use in my work. Also, did you like my answers to the questions? Did you have fun in the live chats? Do you prefer the biggest things in the universe or the smallest? Either way, I hope you learned a lot from this thing! I certainly did.

    I had so much fun in the live chats – I was really sad that we didn’t have any today 🙁 (though I think my hands are breathing a sigh of relief!). Also learned a huge amount though, especially from questions I thought I knew about but then realised I didn’t actually, when I had to explain it 🙂

    Smallest or biggest? I prefer how the smallest and biggest things in the universe are related 🙂
